Je recherche un ou une colocataire pour partager superbe maison à Saint-Nicolas, près de Québec.
Très belle maison canadienne 30 x 30 sur deux étages, grand terrain, en campagne, pas de voisin proche, possibilité de bricolage. Si tu es musicien (e) tu es le bien venu, si tu es étudiant(e) pas de problèmes également. Tu devrais idéalement avoir une automobile, car il n'y a pas d'autobus ou de transport en commun à proximité.
J’ai la possibilité de recevoir deux colocataires (si c’est nécessaire).
Bien venu aux anglophones….. (Présentement j'étudie la langue anglaise) ou toute autre nationalité……
Je suis très ouvert pour négocier le prix de colocation….
J'aimerais autant que possible avoir un(e) « co-loc » autonome et équilibré psychologiquement, donc qui n'a pas de problème de comportement (mental).
Qui suis-je? Un technicien en informatique (réseautique) et en électronique, technicien en sonorisation etc…..!

Beautiful Canadian house 30 x 30 on two floors, large plot, in the countryside, not close neighbour, possibility of do-it-yourself. If you are a musician (e) you are the welcome, if you are a student (e) no problems as well. You should ideally possess a car because there are no buses or public transportation system in the vicinity.

I am very open to negotiate the price of the roommate..
I would like as much as possible, to have a roommate independent and balanced psychologically, which therefore has no problem of (mental) behavior.
Who am I? A computer (networking) and electronic technician; sound technician… etc. ..!
